We want you to love every Kidzo One piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy.
Our 30-day promise
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
What can be returned
- Unused and unwashed items with tags attached
- Items in their original, sealed packaging
- Gifts, with a gift receipt or the order number
What can't be returned
- Opened skincare, bath and hygiene products
- Feeding items that have been used
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse
How to return an item
- Contact usTell us your order number and the item you want to return.
- Get your labelWe reply with return instructions within one business day.
- Send it backPack the item in its original packaging and post it.
- Receive your refundWe inspect the return and refund you to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
