1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting or buying from Kidzo One you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Return Policy and Shipping Information. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using our store
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
- Please give accurate and complete information at checkout and keep your account details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice.
- An order is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.
- Taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Product information and safety
We try to show colors and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and small differences may occur. Always follow the age guidance and care instructions on each product, and supervise babies and children when they use our products.

All content on this site, including the Kidzo One name, logo, illustrations, photos and text, belongs to Kidzo One or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use

- use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent,
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site or other users’ accounts,
- upload malicious code or interfere with how the site works,
- collect data from the site with automated tools without our permission.
7. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you allow Kidzo One to display it on the site. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kidzo One is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
