1. Our business model
Kidzo One does not manufacture the products it sells, and we do not hold all items in stock ourselves. We select products from third-party suppliers and manufacturers. After you place and pay for an order, we place a matching order with the supplier, who prepares and ships it directly to your delivery address.
2. Processing and delivery times
- Because items ship from our suppliers, delivery times can be longer than at stores that ship from their own warehouse.
- Delivery dates shown at checkout and on our Shipping Information page are estimates, not guarantees.
- Items in one order may come from different suppliers and arrive in separate packages, on different days and with different tracking numbers.
3. Product information
Product photos, descriptions, materials and sizes are based on information from our suppliers. We work to keep them accurate, but colors may look different on your screen and small variations in size, finish or packaging can occur between batches.
4. Returns and exchanges
Because your order is shipped by a supplier, please do not send items back to the address on the parcel. Contact us first and we will give you the correct return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us may not be received or refunded. Full conditions are in our Return Policy.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped from another country may be subject to customs checks, import duties or taxes. These are charged by your local authorities, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our prices unless stated at checkout.
6. Third-party suppliers and carriers
We choose our suppliers and shipping carriers carefully, but they are independent businesses. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes or other events outside our control, although we will always help you follow up and find a fair solution.
7. Product safety and use
- Always read and follow the age guidance, warnings and care instructions on the product and packaging.
- Babies and young children must be supervised by an adult when using our products.
- Test skincare and bath products on a small area first, and stop using them if irritation occurs.
- Information on this website is not medical advice. Please speak to your pediatrician about your child’s health and needs.
8. No other warranties
To the extent permitted by law, products and website content are provided as described, without additional warranties. Nothing in this disclaimer limits your statutory consumer rights, including your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.
